At Monsters We Make, we want you to be obsessed with your new gear, but if the fit isn't right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all monstrous tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back at our lair safely.
Ship It Back
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; we will track the journey and notify you once your return has been received.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
